    1. Enroll as a C5A member
    2. Purchase Redken products and earn maximum points
    3. Redeem points through your DSC for business development rewards ...and watch your business grow!

    How to qualify
    There are four membership levels. Please refer to the C5A Classification Chat (pdf format).

    Registration Process
    Choose C5A level. Fill out the C5A Registration Form and your DSC will submit the signed copy to Redken Canada. Your Distributor will then sign you up as a C5A member.

  • How to use my points

    There are two ways you can redeem your C5A points:
    1. Use points to directly pay for Backbar, Redken Accessories & Merchandising Signage.
    2. Use points to create personal vouchers for Education, Merchandising Fixtures, Co-op Advertising & Travel. Vouchers allow you to use your C5A points to either partially or fully pay for the item(s).

    Redeem points quarterly or allow them to accumulate
    Each quarter, you will receive C5A points based on your purchases. Quarterly points will be communicated to you via a Quarterly Rewards Statement that will be sent to your salon. You can also view your points online every quarter at www.myredken.ca! You can either place an order or you can let your points accumulate in the C5A bank. Points from Q1-Q4 of each year can be accumulated and banked. All points expire on April 15th of each year.

    Placing an Order
    Meet with your DSC and choose your rewards. Your DSC will then place your order and your items will be shipped to your salon. Please take note that there may be limited quantities available for certain items.

  • Level change

    You can change your salon's C5A level. Based on your salon's overall business and upcoming objectives, you should consult with your DSC on further ways to develop your business via C5A. If any level changes are required, the DSC will be able to change the salon level 30 days after the quarter is over and points have been issued:

    May 1st - May 31st
    August 1st - August 31st
    November 1st - November 30th
    February 1st - March 1st

  • Termination

    If a C5A Salon does not achieve the specified qualification levels for three consecutive quarters, Redken reserves the right to terminate the salon's Club status or adjust accordingly.
