To be eligible for Club 5th Avenue (C5A), a salon must carry products from each of the product categories required for each level. To attain C5A Salon status, a salon must maintain a minimum specified quarterly purchase level in Redken products.
- 2
The salon is entitled to the benefits set forth in the C5A literature and may be modified from time to time. The amount of Reward Certificates issued is determined by membership and quarterly purchase levels. Beauty Schools and chain salons (3+ salons) are NOT eligible for C5A.
- 3
The Distributor will have sole responsibility for providing proof of quarterly dollar purchases to the C5A Coordinator.
- 4
Booth/Chair renters may apply for membership in C5A but must be registered as individual businesses.
- 5
To be a member in good standing, a salon must maintain C5A product mix guidelines. Salons must also maintain quarterly purchase levels. If a C5A salon does not achieve the specific qualification level within the first year (considered as a qualification period) or for two consecutive semesters, in the case of existing C5A members, Redken reserves the right to terminate the salon's C5A status.
- 6
Redken reserves the right to cancel or change the Club's parameters at any time with or without prior notice.
- 7
Points may be used exclusively for redemption for C5A reward items, and have no other value. Points are nontransferable from one member to another.
- 8
Reward items are subject to change without notice. Redken reserves the right to substitute an equal or superior model. Up-to-date availabilities can be found on the online order form on the C5A website at www.myredken.ca
- 9
Orders placed for items that are unavailable will be voided, and the points will be returned to the member's account.
- 10
All C5A points expire on April 15th. Outstanding vouchers as of April 15th cannot be canceled or points will be lost.
